To Γραφείο Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης της Διεύθυνσης Π.Ε. Β΄ Αθήνας συμμετείχε στο 15o Διεθνές Συνέδριο της Παιδαγωγικής Εταιρείας Ελλάδας International Scientific Conference eRA-8 «Η Συμβολή της Τεχνολογίας στην Επιστήμη, την Οικονομία, την Κοινωνία και την Εκπαίδευση» με την εισήγηση των Γ. Σταματοπούλου, Γ. Ποταμιά & Δ. Γκότζου "Τhe promotion of innovation in primary education through educational blogs".

Abstract

ICTs in education are considered a necessity for the implementation and diffusion of innovation in the educational praxis. The use of blogs as an effective pedagogical and administrative tool in education has also been acknowledged. This paper aims to present two blogs and their use in education. The blog entitled “Innovative Actions in Environmental Education”, which is administered by the Environmental Education Office of Athens B Directorate of Primary Education, aims at the continuous informing of teachers about the educational programs, the training seminars and the conferences in the area of Environmental Education as well as at their support in the implementation of Environmental Education projects. The blog entitled “Write and Act”, which has been created by the Health Education Office of West Attica Directorate of Primary Education, aims at the communication and information of primary school teachers on issues mainly related to Health Education programs.
